PAS 1 Vacation Story (Yumna 9B)

The end of semester 1 assessment is over at the end of 2022. Activities at school continued with class meeting class meeting activities including inter-class competitions. The event lasted for two days. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. The next day there was one extracurricular activity that I had to take part in, namely the Taekwondo exam. Wow, it's been 2 years during the pandemic that I haven't taken part in Taekwondo. Nervousness, joy, and all kinds of feelings that are in me. alhamdulillah the exam went well yeahh.

The results of the 1st semester PAS test have been distributed, seeing the grades in the report card for 6 months in grade 9. Alhamdulillah, it is quite satisfying for me. Even though there are scores that have dropped, it's still safe.

The school holidays have arrived, but the 2022 year-end holidays for me and my family are likely to be in the city of Patriot, aka Bekasi, hehehe. It's different from last year, we had school holidays and the end of the year in Jogja was not a problem and we stayed in Bekasi because before PAS 1 the school had held study tours to Bandung several times and scout activities in Bogor, so there have been thin holidays out of town with friends. and teacher wkwkwk.

In the first week the activity was filled with helping Umi clean the house. My duties were still light, for example, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, ironing, tidying up wardrobes, washing shoes, washing bags, drying clothes... everything was done quite tiring Hahaha. But daily activities at Umi's house like to provide entertainment afterward, for example in the afternoon inviting me and my sister for an evening walk around the Bintara to Pondok Kopi just to buy contemporary drinks or contemporary snacks... don't worry, dear

At the beginning of the new year, it turns out that this time it was filled with out Bintara.  Yup Umi asked me to accompany her to the Central Jakarta area, even though I didn't go alone with Umi because her friends were also coming along, it's okay to accompany my mother. The destination is the market hahaha... all the way from Bintara to Central Jakarta the destination is only the market but this market is different from other markets in general because this market is the largest textile market in Southeast Asia, isn't that cool... in Southeast Asia guys... Tanah Abang market... this is the first time I set foot in the Tanah Abang market. First, I was shocked by the green buildings and their designs which symbolize Islam. It is clear that Islam at the Tanah Abang market can be seen from the goods being sold, for example koko clothes, robes of various models, souvenirs from Arab lands, all of which are sold there. Tanah Abang Market is known for its low prices and clothing models with a wide variety of materials. I got knowledge about the Tanah Abang market from my senior, Umi Xixixixixi. Thx for your information.

That's the PAS 1 holiday activity this time. Even though most of the holidays are at home, we are still grateful because we have to be grateful for the simple things by always being grateful that can make us feel calmer and happier. Vacation is over. Time to go back to study, make semester 2 even better, keep up the enthusiasm in seeking knowledge for the future, take care of your health, be devoted to your parents, teachers, and always pray
