My
name is Muhammad Fathulloh Hasan. My family usually calls me “Cak
Mat” and my friends call me “Fath”. The origin of my father
gave the name is when I was born, there was a preacher who was
speaking in my village and finally my father imitated the name for
me. The word “Cak: was so closed in my name, it means a brother in
East Javanese Language. It is the identity of my self that i am from
Surabaya. I was born on September 9, 1986, born 32 years ago in a
border area of two cities, Lamongan and Gresik. Two cities that are
very historic to me because there is a lot of time I spend there. It
is about 20 km from Surabaya so the culture and habits are the same
with my hometown.
My
father is a farmer, as also my mother. I am the second of four
children. The first child was my first sister, she has married and has
three daughters, she currently lives in Bekasi. I am as the second
child and the third child is a woman too,she has married and has a
son, now she lives in Pasar Minggu with her husband. My fourth
brother is still 16 years old and currently studying at the Islamic
Boarding School for about seven years. I am married to the endless of
my love, whose name is Rahmi Dyah Mustika, a girl of Central Java's
descent who was born in Jakarta. We have a beautiful daughter named
Syakira Mutammimah Alfath. We took the name from Arabic literature
because it has a very good meaning “a perfect and grateful woman”.
With the hope that our child will always be a strong, intelligent,
dignified and grateful woman.
At
present, my small family and I live in Tambun Selatan area, Bekasi
District, precisely in Taman Puri Cendana Housing Complex, a new
residential location that is much in demand by factory workers
because its location is very close to the automotive and
manufacturing industry factories in Cibitung, Jababeka, Cikarang etc.
I am
an English teacher, and have been teaching for approximately ten
years. After graduating from high school in Lamongan, East Java, my
teaching talent had arisen and finally attended the English Language
Education Program in Jakarta. Since 2007, I have started teaching
English in several places, such as: courses, tutoring, and formal
schools.
Since 2008, I have been a permanent teacher at an Islamic School Foundation in Bekasi. Early career became an English teacher and then entrusted to become the vice principal of the student field. Currently I am still carrying out the mandate as an English teacher and the vice principal at the Integrated Islamic Junior School of Insan Rabbani in Bekasi.
Besides teaching, I still have many activities and also some interesting hobbies, such as travelling, writing and public-speaking. When the holidays arrive, I always spend my time chatting and playing with my children and wife. We visit my families out of the town, visit some tourism objects and also adventure together to Bandung, Semarang and Surabaya.
Beside that, there are many achievements that I get in the field of teaching and writing. In 2008 I won the English essay writing contest held by KangGuru Indonesia. I also became the best-chosen nominee in a citizen on journey program organized by Republika.co.id on my writing with the theme "The Exoticism of Bromo in the Culture of Tengger Tribe" and in the Early 2017 I have been chosen as the best nominee on Blog writing on personal experience of factory visit held by Pocari Sweat Indonesia.
